Wendy's Frosty Fix

Using the McDonald’s app, our team was able to identify McDonald’s locations with broken ice cream machines. We then sent the Wendy’s “Frosty Fix” truck in to turn McDisappointment into frosty delight, alerting nearby customers with push notifications. As community manager, I was able to support the idea through social in real time, resulting in engaging moments with our fans.
