I'm a copywriter at VMLY&R and a frequent contributor to McSweeney's. Though a Jersey Girl at heart, I spent college in D.C., majoring in journalism and creative writing at American University. During that time, I studied abroad in Chicago where I studied improv and sketch at Second City. After graduating, I moved to New York City to follow my dreams of bringing my anxiety across state lines.

I've trained in improv, sketch, and satire at UCB, Second City, Philly Improv Theater, and more. My humor writing appears regularly in McSweeney's and Weekly Humorist. I've written for a variety of brands, including Colgate, Tom's of Maine, and Irish Spring. When I'm not haunting the frozen food aisle of Trader Joe's, you can find me hosting and producing a show of rejected humor writing called “Not For Us.”
